Payroll for schools, answered
Yes, on the model most schools use: an annualised salary paid in 12 equal instalments. Your school sets the annualised amount using its own term-time formula (LA or trust policy), and Moonworkers runs the instalments with correct tax, NI and pension every month. Casual and supply staff on variable hours accrue holiday at 12.07% with rolled-up pay, in line with the 2024 holiday reforms.
